    well, you really gotta have some wind. And then you add in a turbine of some sort (I like the ones from Iran better than other parts of the Middle East myself; they’re made of better cotton. Any color will do). Then you attach the turban to a magnet, and the wind catches it and generates…something.

    you need a way to capture the mechanical energy provided by the wind (the turbine) and you need to transfer that energy to a generator. no diffferent than a normal generator. basically a rotor and a stator with copper wire and magnets that generates the electricity.
