simple. jst take a dynamo and a toy fan. take the wings of this fan and fix it into the shaft of dynamo. place the fan on the direction of blowing wind.

You could take the extremely simple route and run a pin-mill (el-cheapo toy) to a toy DC motor from which you would run leads from the contacts (inputs) to the object you desire to power (although you would produce nearly nil in terms of voltage/amperage).
Otherwise, I would suggest finding one of those cheap windmills at a local garden shop, and running it to a DC motor (one you’re willing to burn the brushes out of btw)… if you were creative, you could use a set of pulleys and belts as a gear system, different ratios pending wind speed and power output needed…
I don’t know your budget, and I do not know how much time you have.
